Helmet description

The helmet of Vézeronce, sometimes called “helmet of Clodomir”, is a frank combat helmet of the sixth century made of iron covered with gilded copper. It was discovered in 1870 at a place called "Les Rippes de Pillardin" in the town of Vézeronce-Curtin in Isère, France. It comes from a princely burial probably erected at the end of the battle of Vézeronce in 524, during which the Franks and Burgundians clashed.
This replica is fully made of steel, without gilded copper alloy covering, in order to offer you the most competitive price possible.

----

Made of 2mm "st3" steel.
Everything is hand-forged by quality craftmens.

Shipping costs are calculated after the helmet is manufactured.
Indeed, the weight of a helmet varies greatly, depending on the model, the size, and whether or not a chainmail aventail is added.

*Our goal is to charge the customer the actual amount of postage, and not a penny more! It therefore seems more appropriate to us to proceed in this way, rather than to estimate shipping costs arbitrarily, with a margin of safety which would unfairly affect certain customers.
