In our team, we have specialists about Viking culture, but also Carolingians, various nomadic peoples, and kingdoms & empires of antiquity.

Terms and delivery:

* All parcels are registered and supported by the carrier at maximum 7 days after reception of the final payment (except special case: agreement in writing)
* The most part of our products (fabrics, clothes, shield furnitures, ultra-light swords & sabres, etc.) are sent by "La Poste" (public postal service in France) with a tracking number.

* Some items - especially from forging work (coin-stamps, body armours,  scales & accessories, knives, helmets, our ultra-quality swords and gloves) - are sent from our partners, which are located in Russia: the transport company is therefore different - Pochta or EMS - but a tracking number will be always provided. Our high quality swords are shipped via DHL international Express.
* Our partners are working totally indepentantly. They are free to choose their prices, and production dead-line, in accordance with our philosophy, which is to promote and defend craftsmanship, worldwidly.
Therefore, Living history Market, as a commercial showcase and marketplace, only offers an order transmission service. Please, contact us for more details.
* Our crafters partners are endossing the responsability for the late, loss or destruction of the package and its contents, despite all the efforts made to ensure the best possible shipment for all. We always insure parcels, from Russia, and from France, unless the customer expressly tells us his refusal to insure the package.
* The package, if it is sent from/to a foreign country will be managed by the local carrier once in the country of destination.
* Almost all our international sendings are delivered against signature, for maximum security.
* Additional customs fees & VAT costs are possible depending on your country. These costs are your responsibility. For more details, contact us in front of your order.
- We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to disruption of postal services, as this is beyond our control.

* If, however, you were disappointed, because of a serious defect (wrong size, non-conforming item) write a message to us, and we will try to find a reasonable arrangement.

* Ultra light swords and sabres: Warranty terms:
We ask our European customers to return their item to us in case of breakage. We will then inspect the product, and replace it if normal conditions of use have been made. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

* In the event that your package is late in arriving, please contact us, and the craftsman responsible for sending your order will take care of initiating an appeal with the carrier, in order to unblock the situation.

* Any validated and paid order, including customization and/or on-demand manufacturing (whether as part of 100% payment up front, or installment payment - see transaction agreement) is considered as definitive.
We will not accept any cancellations, in accordance with article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
