100% silk sashes.
Sashes are wide fabric belts mainly for Kievan Rus reenactment purposes, but also for nomadic & seldjukid reenactment. Various other iconographic clues show the use of fabric belts, including in the central Middle Ages.
They can also fits for a modern outfit, especially summer dresses, for womens.
These belts are characteristic of Rus - Viking fashion; fragments of one of these belts have been discovered in Kiev and are the subject of a proposal for reconstruction. We can also guess a sash, on an iconography representing the first princes of the Rus of Kiev, visible in the Cathedral of Saint-Boris-and-Saint-Gleb of Chernigov, but whose dating slighty more later than the archaeological site of Kiev which delivered the fragments of Sash. To finish, such sashs are also presumed to be in vogue in Sweden during Viking-Age. Some archaeologists are suggesting that some Birka graves contained Sashs, which have been partially, or totally destructed by time.
